How a bonus target works
M8PLAY's promotion terms use "turnover" to mean a target balance, called the "win over". You multiply your deposit plus bonus by the turnover figure; once your balance reaches that number you can withdraw, up to the offer's "max payment".
Some offers also say cuci tolak bonus: the bonus is taken off when you cash out. And while a bonus is running, the terms rule out buying or saving free games, wilds or angpao features, and list banned games. Breaking those rules forfeits the points.
M8PLAY's own example: 50% welcome bonus
- Deposit RM30, bonus RM15: RM45 in play.
- Turnover x3: your balance must reach RM135.
- Max payment 70%: you receive RM94.50.
With the bonus deducted: 35% BNG daily

What usually stops a withdrawal
- A name mismatch. M8PLAY calls this the single most common cause of delayed withdrawals. The name on the account must match the bank account it pays into.
- A bonus still running. Until your balance reaches the offer's target, it cannot be withdrawn.
- A broken bonus rule. Buying features or playing a banned game during a bonus can void it.
- Less than RM50 to withdraw.
